Reminded me of the Froot Loops I ate as a kid.
I was truly disappointed.
At first I looked forward to the idea of a high protein cereal in a flavour the kids and I would enjoy.
However, one thing cereal should be great at before adding a “gimmick” is to be great cereal, Truly cereal is not that. I bought a four pack to try it out before possibly going on a subscription and I am not sure that we will even be able to finish the four boxes we have. While I would be willing to accept that you may not be as good a cereal as actual fruit loops as an example you should get close enough that the protein addition that makes you stand out is worth a step down in quality of texture and flavour but this is a colossal drop off in comparison and does not make the cereal worth it.
My order took a month to get delivered. Secondly the cereal boxes were all damaged and the cereal was stale and the marshmallows were crunchy hard. The cereal itself isn’t bad but incredibly stale. Expected better.
I have tried many protein cereals and this is the best tasting one by far! My kids and I love it and eat it all the time. The ingredients are amazing as well.
I’ve tried a lot of protein cereals on the market, both store bought and online, and this one is my absolute favorite! The taste of Truely is far better than other ones on the market that have similar amounts of protein. I’ve tried four different flavors so far and all were amazing!
