I bought these for better protein intake. They taste actually pretty good. The smores one is my least favorite only because the little marshmallows are not fluffy and soft there more of stale texture. Also the box is a small box and for it work out to $15 a box that's very expensive so yoi make the decision is it worth it for the protein intake.
We tried all the flavors and they are good and we love that they are high in protein. My only complaint is that this cereal is expensive and you don't get much in the box.
Love meeting my protein goals. I add milk, and frozen berries to the cereal and it is a lot of volume to make me satiated.
