It's good - super close to sugary cereal, but packs 18g of protein per serving with low carbs. It's good with Fairlife milk, good as toppings for greek yogurt, creami ice cream. Would buy again.
Loved the maple donut and honey flavors! The Best tasting high protein cereal. Only downside is that for a box at $14 is pretty steep.

I bought a multi pack and have tried the honey, cocoa and s’mores so far. S’mores are by far my favorite, but they’re all good. They don’t crumble in your mouth like some other protein cereals do, none of that chalkiness. Overall, flavor, texture and portion size is great - I enjoy each bowl. I have ADHD, so easy high protein meals like this are super important for me - just add milk.
I have a serving almost each morning (40g) with 80ml of high protein milk, so it ends up being about 25g of protein. I have it alongside a latte made with the 30g core power shake, so about 55g of protein for breakfast and around 330-350 calories.
I think it’s worth the price, but I’m also DINK. I know price is a big concern, but for taste and ease of use, I think it’s worth it. I’ll likely bring doing an order every 1-2 months.
