I love this cereal. I'm on weightwatchers and it's only 2 points per cup which is very low for cereal, and it keeps me full for longer than regular cereal. I use it as a snack as well to just much on dry. It is expensive though. Very expensive. So I use it sparingly.
Taste is horrible

Cocoa cereal taste better then sugar cereal
Has a nice chocolate taste, not too sweet. Reminds me of chocolate Oreo cookie wafers.
