I have chocolate, PB&Chocolate, s’mores, and maple donut flavors so far. Chocolate and PB&C are rich, aroma packed cereal; s’mores is…. s’mores, cant go wrong with s’mores; they are all fantastic and delicious. However, maple donut is my personal favorite. Not so much about donut, the hint of maple syrup is a nice touch, and just the light body flavor, goes really well on a hot summer morning, or night. Don’t judge me, i eat this for supper too.
I was honestly blown away by the Maple Donut protein cereal from Truely. I’ve tried so many gluten-free cereals over the years, and this one exceeded my expectations in every way.
First of all, the texture is fantastic. It has a light, crispy crunch that’s very reminiscent of childhood cereals, which made it feel nostalgic while still being a much healthier option. Unlike many GF cereals, it doesn’t stick to my teeth at all, making it so much more enjoyable to eat.
The maple donut flavor is delicious without tasting artificial or overpowering. There’s no strange aftertaste whatsoever, which is rare for protein cereals or “healthy” products. I also really appreciate the clean ingredient list — no unnecessary fillers and no excessive high-fibre ingredients that can cause digestive discomfort.
Shipping was incredibly fast as well, which was a nice bonus.
My only complaint is the price for the size of the box. It’s definitely on the expensive side for how little you get, but the quality truly is excellent.
Please continue using clean ingredients and monk fruit as the sweetener. I, along with many others, cannot tolerate erythritol, so it’s greatly appreciated to see a product without it.
Overall, this cereal was far better than expected, and I will absolutely be purchasing again.
I was afraid because I’ve had some nasty a$$ tasting protein cereals. But this one was so good! My daughter even liked it and she hates anything protein cereal.

I am a fan of all things maple so was excited to see this flavor. It did not disappoint. It is delicious and is officially my favorite Truely flavor. I hope they keep it on the roster because I would be very sad if it ever disappeared!
Had it at work with fair life as the milk, huge amount of protein and fiber to start the day. My coworker loved it as well
Cereal tastes great, fun flavors. Sadly, the amount in each box was significantly smaller than expected. We're a family of five and a single box is just big enough for one serving each.
Cost wise it just doesn't make sense.
Love it with soy milk. I keep reordering every few weeks!

This cereal blows Magic Spoon and Legion cereal out of the water. I bought my second variety pack in less than a week.
I ended up purchasing three different flavors: s’mores, blueberry and the maple doughnut. Surprisingly, maple doughnut ended up being my favorite flavor out of the three! The cereal itself was super tasty and I liked that the ingredients, at least on the nutrition label, seem to be clean healthy ingredients. Macro friendly, and great for hitting your fitness goals. My only critique is that I wish you would get more cereal out of the box. It’s a little small. I will be buying again in the future.
