With 18g of milk protein per serving and only 160 calories, it supports muscle growth and recovery without excess calories. Free from wheat and pea proteins, it provides all essential amino acids. Great flavour just wish it didn’t stick together so much
I’m not sure how long my box had been sitting in storage, but the marshmallows were really hard to eat. Overall, the cereal was okay, but it’s not my favorite cereal.
Those cereal are awsome for my diabeities
The s’mores flavour is really good, but I found the marshmallow pieces to have a really unappealing texture. If those weren’t quite so uncomfortably chewy, this would be my favourite flavour in the lineup!
This was my first time ordering but there are no regrets! All the flavours I tried were amazing and the cereal has been a big help in hitting my protein goals. Definitely reordering again once I'm through the boxes!

I love this flavor, the marshmallows do get a bit hard and make everything stick together, but overall it’s not a deal breaker for me. It tastes good and the macros/ingredients are solid! Been eating this daily in my journey to get stage lean.
A suggestion for Truely, maybe try dehydrating the marshmallows like the ones you find in lucky charms, they are crunchy, not hard.. just a thought.

this cereal is "truley" delicious, but the price is more than I want to pay, and the amount in packaging seems to be less than other protein cereals. I would buy again if a good discount is offered as I really did enjoy this cereal.
Truly Cereal is amazing! Crunchy, flavorful, not too sweet. It stays crisp in milk Definitely my go-to cereal!

Love saving the marshmallows for last once they soak up the milk
I absolutely LOVE the blueberry muffin and REALLY sad to see it go. The s'mores is a great sweet snack, and I enjoy how the cereal keeps the crunch, even on my last bite. Cannot wait to try the PB&J when it comes out!
LOVE LOVE LOVE his cereal brand! I think I have tried all the flavours now and they’re all very delicious and pleasant. Stays nice and crunchy (doesnt get soggy). I have it with no sugar almond milk and its perfect!
This flavor is a good option for those who like chocolate and want that sweetness from the marshmallow. The marshmallow however needs to sit in the milk for a bit to soften up otherwise its quite hard (don't expect lucky charm texture).
I have tried 3 flavours and the Maple Syrup and S'Mores are really good and tasty! Will purchase again
