I love this cereal for the flavour, the crunch and the fact that it packs 18 g protein in one cup. I love it paired with fruit and Greek yogurt for a filling breakfast or anytime snack. I also love that it feels like I’m eating a sinful food when it’s so good for me. Definitely will keep it on hand. I’ve tried all the flavours and they are all good, but the cinnamon one is my favourite.
