Type 2 Diabetic here and I just want to say thank you for providing a product that does not cause any blood sugar spike. I follow the serving size with 1/2 cup of 2% milk with protein and am amazed not only with the lack of a glucose spike, but such an amazing tasty cereal. The cereal stays crunchy and the flavour is spot on. My grandson (T1D) also loves it.
