I usually encounter cereals trying to imitate a healthy ingredient base with protein, but most of them have a ton of garbage added and the calories are through the roof.
THIS ONE THOUGH….. is the one. TRUELY delicious and can fit a healthy lifestyle of just about anyone. While it is on the expensive side, I do get to enjoy a bowl of cereal and feel good about not eating garbage. Thank you guys at TruelyCereal, you are amazing.

Not overly sweet, but good enough to get my 11 year olds approval too. I like to have it w/ macadamia milk and some fresh berries. Since I’ve tried all Truely flavors, haven’t bought another brand.
