Ive tried so many other high protein cereals that just straight up sucked. Finally found one that I can't get enough of. Seriously, its so easy to just destroy a box in one sitting. That's how delicious it is

Since I started using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (Limbo) to figure out how my body works in that regard, I began looking for food that doesn't generate glucose spikes, and Truely is the one that does it perfectly.

I wish there was a slightly less sweet option in a different shape for variety, but there is a lot to choose from already! I went with the variety box for the first try, now I build my custom ones.

Brst tasting protein cereal i have ever had! Could cut back a little on the monk fruit, but all in all, very tasty!

Great idea and as a Diabetic I’ve been looking for high protein breakfast choices for those mornings when I don’t have time to prepare a protein rich breakfast from whole food. However, I don’t use artificial sweeteners as they are really not great for regular consumption. I assumed from the packaging and marketing that the low sugar comments on the package meant it would have minimal added sugar and not be too sweet. Nope, wrong.
These cereals are a really premium priced product and I would have paid happily if they delivered on my nutrition hit list but it’s just processed junk food like every other artificially sweetened product in the regular grocery aisle. Not for me.

This is a pretty nice high protein cereal.
